Launch notice: These product terms are an implementation draft. The final operator identity, governing law, withdrawal information, and consumer clauses require professional review before live billing is enabled.
1. The service
Streamtime imports public Twitch schedule data and, with the creator’s permission, can publish eligible schedule changes back to Twitch. It also lets creators publish a schedule page, manual events, calendar feeds, graphics, widgets, and Discord notifications. Twitch, Discord, and other third-party availability is outside Streamtime’s control.
2. Accounts
You must control the Twitch account used to register, provide accurate information, and keep access secure. One subscription covers one creator profile. You remain responsible for the schedule content and links you publish.
3. Closed beta access
Invited accounts receive complimentary closed-beta access for the period shown in the dashboard. No payment details are collected and no account is charged automatically. Any future paid offer will be presented separately and will require the creator’s explicit agreement before paid access begins.
4. Acceptable use
Do not publish illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content; probe another tenant’s data; overload the service; or use integrations to send unsolicited messages. Access may be limited to protect users or the platform.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change where necessary for security, third-party API changes, or product improvement. Material reductions to paid functionality will be communicated.
6. Data and termination
You retain rights to your content and grant Streamtime the limited permission needed to operate and display it. Export is available from the dashboard. Expired account data is retained for 90 days before deletion; immediate deletion is also available.
7. Liability and governing terms
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Final limitations, withdrawal instructions, dispute-resolution language, governing law, and operator-specific clauses will be added following legal review in the chosen formation jurisdiction.
