Privacy policy

1. Who controls your data

YOUR_REAL_NAME_OR_BUSINESS_NAME, YOUR_LEGAL_CONTACT_ADDRESS operates Streamtime. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].

2. Data we process

For creators, we process Twitch identity data, email address, public profile settings, schedule content, subscription state, encrypted Discord webhook credentials, and support correspondence. For visitors, we keep daily aggregate counts of page views and selected actions without viewer accounts or persistent advertising identifiers.

3. Why we process it

We use this data to perform the service contract, secure and operate the platform, respond to requests, and—where required—meet legal obligations. Optional Discord automation is performed only after a creator connects a webhook.

4. Providers and transfers

Streamtime uses Twitch for identity and schedules, Supabase for authentication and hosting data, Vercel for application hosting, and Discord for optional notifications. Sentry may be enabled for error monitoring, Resend may be enabled for service email, and Paddle is used only when paid billing is enabled. Processing locations and safeguards are recorded in the operator’s processor documentation.

5. Retention

Active account data is retained while the service is provided. Canceled or expired account data is scheduled for deletion after 90 days unless law requires longer retention. Billing records held by Paddle may follow separate statutory periods. An immediate account-deletion control and JSON export are available in the dashboard.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.

7. Security and changes

Streamtime applies tenant-level access controls, encryption for connected webhook secrets, restricted service credentials, rate limits, backups, and operational monitoring. Material policy changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
